Find a motivation

Set small targets which will give you motivation to go out for Run Everday, Examples – Like register for some 5K Marathon Event in coming months say like 3 months or so from day you are starting your running first time and start preparing for that, Or you can fix distance by yourself that you want to run non stop by end of month or two, keep evaluating your progress and reward yourself on each millstone you achieve, self-motivation is Key here. Self-reward can be gifting yourself new running t shirt or shoes or any running gears of your choice.

 

Make a Plan

Once you set target you have to make Plan for every week, plans are available online you can pick choose form those based on the target you have set, but before that as you are beginner who is figuring out how to start running, so you need to do is start with walk- jog-run walk again and repeat this for first week, try this for 15 minutes every day and then try to build on this, find out how your body is responding, check your limits, every body type is different so do not copy someone , Next week make it 20 minutes per day and try to reduce jog and walk part, try to run whole 20 minutes, during every week take at least one day as rest day, you can choose as per choice mostly keep it mid-week.  You can increase run workout timing for the third week to 30 Minutes per day. Although as you are just starting  and you are still figuring out on how to start running so no need to go for very expensive running gears, but very important gear is Running shoes, invest in good quality running shoes, it will help you in long term, help you to reduce chances of injuries. You can buy T shirt/Shorts/pants and other clothing accessories based on weather of the area where you will be running. This all is to make your running experience a good one and help you come back every day. You can go for gadgets like good fitness watch, but these are expensive investments so once you are sure you want to continue running for years to come than only buy them.
